The hotel was comfortable, had light rooms. The staff were fantastic friendly day and night. Location: the property was near to main square of very picturesque old colonial town, all the sites, restaurants and shops, and the centre. It also was from the Plaza.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the main square! Being able to step outside and immediately be surrounded by the charm of the town was a true delight. the colonial style of the hotel added to its overall beauty and uniqueness. And let's not forget the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who always went out of their way to assist us during our stay.
One downside we experienced was the inconsistent WiFi signal. It was frustrating to have to go downstairs and sit by the reception area just to get a good connection.

Our stay at Hospederia La Roca Plaza Principal was wonderful. The hotel's location on the main square of this picturesque old colonial town was perfect. The room, although small, was cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed the fresh bread rolls served with our typical Colombian breakfast, along with fresh fruit juice and eggs prepared to our liking. The flower and plant filled patios added a lovely touch to the hotel's ambiance. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, suggesting local restaurants and assisting with arranging taxi transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service.

Great location right on the plaza and within walking distance to many restaurants. The hotel has a beautiful colonial style and everything is clean and well-maintained. The courtyard is stunning and provides a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast is generous and filling.
The hotel has some issues with their service. Check-in took longer than expected, and there were instances where guests had to wait for someone to open the outside door, causing inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, right in the heart of the action. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy all the attractions that Villa de Leyva had to offer. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us with recommendations and arranging transportation. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable, with good amenities and a clean bathroom.
The WiFi connection was quite weak and only worked in certain areas of the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms during the night, which disrupted our sleep at times.

Great location, right at the main square, and the staff was mostly friendly. The room was big and clean, and the breakfast served was decent with eggs, bread, juice. It was convenient to have two facts included in the room, and the key location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. Plus, the charming garden view from the common area was a delightful bonus.
There were some negative aspects during our stay. The person at the front desk seemed uninformed and unaccommodating, leading to a mix-up with our room arrangement.
